We develop & distribute cooking-related materials & information via on-line, live, & app-based content; and provide related products & services, to individuals & communities. We "innovate in service of the mission". E.g., we develop new ways to codify, distill, link & present cooking-related information, tied to customizable learning roadmaps, to help cooks at all skill levels succeed today, and continue to develop over time. We have both for-profit & non-profit elements to what we do.

Vocational training & experience in cooking, retail & hospitality
